This is our core program. It is functional fitness, designed to push the boundaries of your experience as far and in as many directions as possible. All aspects and styles of fitness will be introduced. It will be highly varied and will have an unrelenting eye on longevity. We prioritize identifying and improving upon our weakest abilities. We program for injury prevention and stress the importance of proper rest and recovery. We uncompromisingly practice technique and form before load and speed. We will encourage you, celebrate you, and hold you accountable every day. Elite fitness can be built here, but the blueprints are designed for a lifetime of fitness. It will be fun, challenging, rewarding, and effective. You will meet interesting and amazing people while forming lifelong friendships. You will find community, acceptance, and things about yourself you never would have known.
