Join us for Conditioning Club by Move Well Fitness, a dynamic online course designed to transform your fitness with a thoughtfully planned muscle conditioning and fatigue resistant program. This course is perfect for fitness enthusiasts looking to condition muscles against fatigue and injury. Athletes will progress through daily conditioning sets and rep schemes with varying intensity. Over two months of daily short workouts participating athletes will increase rep capacity, decrease the occurance and intensity of muscle soreness, and condition tendons and ligaments to handle increased loads safely.
