Free Spring Break Youth Fitness Class

Saturday March 14th through Saturday March 21st

12 and under 10:00am-11:00am

12 and up 11:00am-1:00pm

What to expect

   If you will be in town over spring break and don't want your kid sitting around on the game all week, we have a solution for you. If your kid wants to get some extra training in, is looking to start training for the first time, or is not an athlete at all but wants to do something active, this camp is for them. Every kid will find something to love (and maybe make a new friend or two) and something to hate (burpees) about this camp. 

   Over 8 days we will offer a fun fast paced mix of fitness games, physical and skill challenges, free play,  structured coach led workouts, and education on form, technique, and mindset of physical training.  All activities are easily individualized so that the challenge is appropriate for each participants ability level. 

   Kids can come for all or just some of the camp. Please let us know in the additional information section on the registration form if you know what days your kid(s) will or wont attend so we can be better prepared. If you're not sure, no worries. 

   This camp is open to all ages. We have 12 and up and 12 and under age groups with the age 12 being an arbitrary delineation. If a younger kid wants or needs to come to the older group or vice versa we will make the appropriate accommodations to be sure that they have the proper experience.
